Unless you’re literally running to catch the bus, or find a way to incorporate exercise into one of the other morning activities you’re already doing, you likely won’t be able to add exercise into your morning schedule as-is. I had the same problem when I first started my morning exercise routine. The only solution that worked consistently for me was getting up a half hour earlier and dedicating that extra time solely to a morning workout routine. This might mean rearranging your evenings to accommodate an earlier morning wake-up.
I realize this solution is not always practical or possible for others, especially if your morning routine already depends on the routine of others, or if others (like children) depend on you doing certain things a certain way at a certain time in the morning. But if you can wake up just a bit earlier to dedicate time to the morning workout, it will consistently happen.
Good luck! 😊

What you can try doing is that you can set your alarm clock , let’s say 15 minutes earlier and you will see, or 30 minutes earlier if you’re saying you have little to no time before you get to the bus so that you have time to do things calmly and you have time to breath instead of rushing around the house looking for things . And you can also try to know the things you are going to do when you wake instead of running around not knowing what to start with.
