I’m trying to strengthen and tone my core while eating a plant based diet. What exercises would help me reduce body fat in my abs?

Strength training will build muscle and reduce body fat, but there is no way target fat loss in one area of the body. Luckily, most people lose fat around their waist first. Crunches, planks, and pull-ups are excellent to build core strength. Lunges are great for glutes.
