I’m trying to lose some weight and find it easier to eat a bit less at breakfast than at other meals. Is this compatible with the ‘eat a great breakfast’ routine? Does a great breakfast need to be a big breakfast?

Personally, I understand "a great breakfast" to mean food that keeps your energy levels up until you eat again (at lunch probably), food that you enjoy eating and food that is healthy. I definitely don’t think great in this context is synonymous to big.
