How do you make healthy breakfast, quick and practical to take on the go?

My mom do my breakfast. It’s different every day. It’s usually healthy but sometimes it’s something sweet like cookies what she bake. My mum is really kind.
She do my snack for school too.

I usually prepare some chia pudding the night before, so I have the breakfast ready once i wake up. I also put my phone away so that it doesn’t distract me.
