What’s your favorite healthy breakfast? What’s your go-to quick breakfast?

My favorite, quick, go-to breakfast is hard boiled eggs or toast. Hard boiled eggs provide protein and many health benefits; and I can leave it alone to boil while I finish getting ready :). Toast also takes a short time to prepare; just precut everything quickly, throw it in the toaster, and once it's done you can put the food on (no need to make it look pretty) and start eating :).
