I like to take time to eat but I like the prep to be quick. Any tips or recipes for that?

I love the small containers of premade soup (you can get in most supermarkets) with a piece of toast or two! Dab a bit of butter on the toast and dip in! It’s good in the fridge for two days and is freezable, it is a bit more of a cheat meal but the soup makes your body and mind feel refreshed! Plus soup is a soul food xx

I start by making a small sandwich, with cheese, 3 tomato and 3 cucumber slices, and some salami. Then put the whole thing in a small grill to warm it up and make it crispy. While that’s happening, I put the kettle on for my tea, and then put some yogurt, oats, honey and raisins or sunflower seeds in a bowl and mix the whole thing. It takes 5 minutes if I’m organized, a bit more if not.

I love egg sandwiches. They’re very quick to make (fried egg, toast, sauce and vegetable of choice) and very delicious while being nutritious
