Plan ahead the previous day about what all you'll be preparing for breakfast. Ensure that all the ingredients are available and easily visible to you. Decide the breakfast recipe based on the time available, things at your disposal and the end goal for your health/well being.

Should mostly consists of egg, fruits, oats, salad without much sugar.
A glass of milk is very important.

It's easier to make breakfast when the ingredients are brought from the market weekly and when there is practice over the recipes. In the first trial at making breakfast, it will take some time to make it but as it becomes a routine, it will be easier to make and remember the ingredients for it.
