I’m not able to meditate, unfortunately I don’t feel comfortable with this experience because I don’t understand how to stop thinking. If I think about my breath (in and out) for example I’m thinking the same

It’s impossible to stop thinking. If you just focus on your breathing and you appreciate the moment, then all you need to do is let your thoughts be. Don’t judge them and don’t elaborate on them, just let them be, let them exist.
