If you are not feeling hungry, having something heavy is not the way to go. Perhaps make some granola and put it in a bag at night. So, in the morning, you have something to quickly grab and snack on. The same can go for dried fruits- they don’t feel heavy but it is still good to fuel you. Breakfast is very important as it kickstarts your metabolism. So even having something small is better than nothing.
