Which one item is a must-have for the “Great Breakfast” habit?

I prefer something with protein, like eggs or a protein shake, and some kind of fruit, preferably a citrus fruit, because of antioxidants and vitamins. I sometimes like to have yogurt.

In my opinion, fruit and/or some kind of oatmeal or cereal is the best breakfast! It increases my energy and mood for the day as well as gives me the protein I need to stay active the whole day!
