Here you have some options: banana, apple, dried cranberries, pecans, almonds and raisins. There should be more options but those are my favorites.
After tounge scraping and teeth brushing without toothpaste (after breakfast before leaving home i brush with toothpaste), I start my morning with warm water with 1 or 1/2 lemon squeezed and add 1 tablespoon of pure ginger juice and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, then i go meditate for 20 min, the Eat 2 fruits, then after 30 to 60 minutes i eat my oatmeal cooked with water or 2% milk and add no nuts or fruits. Sometime i add some raisings. After oatmeal i eat like 3 tablespoons of nuts usually a combo of pumpkin seeds, walnuts and almonds. I eat fruits alone to get the best digestion and absorption. Oatmeal alone to get the pure taste of it.
Definitely bananas! And dates and peanut butter make a good combination with some cinnamon. I am planning to add berries and flax/hemp/chia seeds to get anti oxidants and omega 3.
I like to combine some some things but not all. Here is my list. A little brown sugar Cinnamon Apples Flax seed Chopped cashews, almonds, peanuts Blueberries Dried cherries Goji berries
Berries are nice.
I made a little basket with jars of cinnamon, honey, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut flakes, dried pineapple, cranberries, brown sugar and chia seeds. It’s like a little treat to myself in the morning. Just experiment with flavors you like and make them easy to grab in the morning!
I like to put any fruit I have around on oatmeal or just eat it as is because I buy the kinds with dried fruit or different spices in it. But I like cereal better most days because the almond milk is refreshing and cereal isn’t as heavy as oatmeal and oatmeal gets cold and unappetizing really fast.
I like to put two things into my oatmeal, a type of berry and a type of nut. I usually put cranberries or raisins and pecans or walnuts. Sometimes I put chocolate chips inside, but to be honest, it doesn’t taste as good.
I always add nuts like walnuts or pecans, and fresh fruit, like berries.
I love oatmeal with a spoon of peanut butter and some berries. Or for a protein boost I whip in some egg whites. It sounds gross but Jennifer Aniston does it. It’s quite delicious. I also eat oatmeal as an overnight in the fridge with different flavours low fat yogurt. It’s very versatile. Adding chia and flax seeds on top is always a win. My absolute favorite would be peanut butter and banana like Elvis likes it. Adding some cinnamon and honey to that makes a deliscious and quick morning snack om the go if you leave it in the fridge over night. Hope this helped. Lots of love, a fabulous user❤
