Should I eat the big breakfast before or after working out? I think it will make sense to eat something light before and then eat a big breakfast after… I haven’t started working out yet, but going to start real soon.

Yeah I agree with what you are saying! A friend of mine told me it’s always good to have a good meal within 30minutes of a workout for muscle repair/ gain

Maybe eat something like a banana or an egg just before excercising so it'll provide anergy throughout and follow up with a hearty breakfast

I think eating after is best. So that you're burning any excess calories before feeding into it again. Plus you feel lighter and avoid any stitch in the process
