Hi! I don’t eat eggs and I’m looking for high protein breakfast options.

Something quick full of protein and that will fill you like oatmeal and fruit. Peanut butter toast. Greek yogurt. any yogurt really. Add toppings if wanted.

Answering from the US – If you eat fish, lox and veggies on top of a half of a whole grain bagel or English muffin is tasty. I also really love cottage cheese and fruit. There’s fat free or low fat cottage cheese out there and it’s high in protein. I also like legumes and will do hummus or add black beans or tofu to breakfast tacos instead of eggs. Tofu scrambles with turmeric and nutritional yeast are also delicious and healthy.

Try peanut butter! It’s a great source of plant based protein and it has a longer shelf life. You can add it to a smoothie, cold cereal, or just on a piece of toast.

Chop onions, tomato, mint, lemon and mix with channa, add some dry mangoes for punch. Toss well and add salt, pepper, chat masala( optional) and eat well.
