Any ideas for a tasty breakfast?

For me a delicious breakfast is that's not too oily and is nutritional. Usually for breakfast I eat oatmeal and few walnuts but sometimes it's Indian dishes like poha and mattar paratha(pea stuffed flatbread)

Oats or overnights oats with some kind of protein like peanut butter,and fruit’s
Personal i eat a lot and i like to eat rice with soy sauce, sesame oil and sometimes vegan salmon.
A smothi always hits home, i like to add a scoop of peanut butter and some oats for carbohydrates and protein. If i am feeling lazy i usually just eat a traditional Swedish breakfast with includes a sandwich with butter and cucumber or another vegetable. I also eat a bowl of yogurt with some kind of cereal

I love sandwiches, it's always a good option to have quick ingredients on hand, like shredded rotisserie chicken, some tomatoes and lettuce

You can make an omelette with vegetables and cheese, also with a juice and a bread. You can also eat yogurt with fruit and some topping

I always try to go for slow release energy sources, so whole grains, healthy fats, and fruit. I'm not big of savoury foods for brekkie but that's just personal preference! Unless I'm going for a brunch or treating myself.
