It's better at 10:00Am because it's time for breakfast in my college but I'm not really person how like to have breakfast at early morning cuz I will be sleep in the lecture 🤭

For some people including me it's not best to eat so early but a fruit will be just fine. After that you could have a proper breakfast around 06:00 am
It depends if the person is intermittently fasting. But, generally I would say that eating breakfast around 6am or 7am would be ok.
It will be better if you try to have your breakfast btw 7:00-7:30 . Because if you take your breakfast even before that you'll end up by eating a meal more before having lunch.And your morning will be less energetic as you eat much earlier . This is just my opinion😊
I’d say probably like at 5:30 am if that’s good for you or actually after u wake up, and then you can have some snacks in the meddle of the day.
I feel like 6:00-7:30 would be a good time to eat breakfast. I that would be to early yet then you could eat around 8-8:30. But itself up to you.
A good time for to eat if I wake up at 4:30 am would be around 6:30 am to 7:30 am. Because I have lunch around 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. If I feel hungry before lunch I will it biscuit or oat to replenish my energy back for the day.
