If I sleep less than 8h/ night, my body needs a day with more sleep in other nights?(replacing the lost hrs in weekends for eg)

No, if you miss a couple of hours of sleep
You’ll get tired all day and you’ll might sleep when you are supposed to be more focused in the day. So in order to balance that, you’ll have to sleep at the regular time and hours needed for rest, every day

I try to sleep in and wake up later as much as possible on a low sleep night. If not possible, I make it a habit to take a short nap in the middle of the day to hopefully give me the energy I need for my late afternoon and evening tasks. Best of luck!

Sleep researchers like Matthew Walker say that trying to make up time for lost sleep doesn’t help. If you get less sleep every night the key to helping is to practice sticking to regularly scheduled sleep – example going to bed every night at the same time and waking up every morning at the same time. This helps your circadian rhythm, thus helping your sleep

False, making up sleep does not help the body. You will stay in sleep debt. You need to get the correct amount of sleep nightly to stay in a good mood and keep body on track.
