If I like to read, but always have an "excuse" or "something else to do" even if I have books available everywhere; what would you do to help my habit?
It’s common to feel distracted even when you love reading. To overcome this, start by setting a specific time each day dedicated to reading, even if it’s just 10-15 minutes. Create a cozy reading nook to make it inviting. Additionally, try habit stacking: pair reading with another daily activity, like your morning coffee or before bedtime. This will help you build a meaningful ritual around your reading habit and make it a consistent part of your routine.
I reward myself with thirty minutes of reading after lunch if I have completed my morning routine. I also have a checklist to color in once it is done.
