I’d like to increase flexibility in my legs so I can comfortably achieve a full lotus pose. I’m big and I think the size of my thighs is interfering with my efforts, but I can do a half lotus with no problem, so maybe I just need to loosen up more! Do you have any recommendations to help me lengthen my thighs and make my legs more flexible?
