Sleeping is a fabulous time to calm and rest your body, so when you are waking up, it feel energized and you mental too ! To go to bed earlier ( for example 9pm )
and to wake up earlier ( for example 6am ) is confortable for the body. And to do it regulary really help you to feel energized, focused and happy ! 8 hours of sleep is recommanded to feel good.
