I want to know how to be consistent with meditating
To be consistent with meditating, start by setting a specific time each day for your practice. Begin with just a few minutes and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable. Create a calming environment and consider using guided meditations to stay focused. Stacking meditation with another daily activity, like after brushing your teeth, can help establish a routine. Remember, consistency is key in building this healthy habit, so be patient with yourself and celebrate your progress.
Everyday wake up and sit on the most comfortable spot and breathe in and out then look out the window and think of 3 things your grateful for, then breathe in and out again then go on with your day. That’s how I do it! It’s fast and easy so if you are in a rush that’ll probably take 5 minutes to get out! I know this is a question so you can know how we meditate blah blah blah. But try it in real life, it will change your perspective!
