Train at the time of day that suits you best. If training becomes inconvenient, you will stop doing it.

I don’t think there is a right or wrong answer. It really depends on the effect it has on you. For example, when I exercise in the evening it makes me very energetic and I can’t fall asleep for many hours. Other people, it helps them relax and sleep better to do it in the evening. Maybe try both and see which one works best for you.

Sure, you can exercise in the morning.

Yeah it’s actually better to do this in the morning cause at night it can affect your sleep negativly. And it makes you want to eat breakfast in the morning.

You can train at whatever time works for you. This app gives suggestions. Like for many people have difficulty motivating themselves to work out, so doing it in the morning before getting started with the rest of the day is easier. But if working out in the evenings works well for you, just stick with it. The only reason to switch is, if you have difficulty sleeping well after working out later in the day. Body temperature tends to increase for a few hours after working out, which can disrupt sleep.
