I usually end up scrolling a lot before sleeping. I’m on my phone because I use it to listen to laid to sleep. How do I stop going to sleep so late because did distractions? <3

Maybe try reading a book before going to bed. It can help u relax and sleep better. This way you would not only improve your focus but also have a relaxed mind before sleeping, while also reducing screen time before bed which is overall food for your health.

Hello there! Honestly, I used to do that a lot in the past but now all I do is set up my goals for tomorrow or even made a to-do list that made me look forward to getting up early and doing that. As far as it comes to distractions, you need to build your discipline slowly and steadily. Hope that helped u a bit <3

My husband always advise me to sleep early because I am a new mum,so what I do is I keep my phone down stair that is our living room and go to bedroom even do is hard but I try to maintain that in a while
