I used to drink a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. May I continue this habit because sometimes I really need to drink it?

Sure! I drink tea or coffee in the morning too! Maybe not everyday but i do. But if you have health goal that restrict you from doing so… umh maybe find loopholes in the restrictions such as, use less sugar and all or drink black coffee. That way you can still go ahead and drink your morning drink and be healthy at the same time! Haha

Check with your doctor to see if there is a reason why you can't continue this practice. If your on any medication ask if there are any interactions with your meds if your doctor sees no reason for you to not be able to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. In moderation most of us can enjoy a cup of tea and coffee everyday. In fact make it a part of your routine to take a few moments to mindfully enjoy your hot cup of tea / coffee.

I think tea is very good in the morning because it’s water and coffee is more addicted so yes continue to do what you need

I personally don’t think it’s a bad approach to have a morning cup of tea or coffee. Especially if you’re aware of your caffeine intake and acknowledge that you’re not overdoing it. If you’re drinking decaf, then I think it’s a great component of your daily routine you should absolutely continue! If you’re drinking caffeine, I still think it should be fine to continue it, as long as you keep in mind you’re not creating a dependence on caffeine to function reliably. Best of luck!

By drinking tea or coffee in the morning is a great way to start the day as long the first thing you drink is water.

Coffee is a quick source of energy to quick-start your day. I used to drink coffee every day while I was having breakfast and it did help me out to feel energized.

I still drink tea but in the afternoon or evening. For me, tea is a good way to hydrate too!

Drinking coffee or tea is not a bad thing, as long you don’t drink too much of both every day, you are good to go!
