If the food you eat now has a certain food group, try changing the food group a bit. If it is pre-packaged, try homemade.
Look for protein, eggs, chicken or tuna. Also you can look for bread with cheese and everything in companion with any greens.
I would like to start my day with high energy. I take a few organic dates, clementines- no prepping.
I also make my breakfast the previous night with dinner. I make a good one when I have time in the night and pack it.
