I still never got to fix my sleep schedule.. and I’m struggling hard so if you can give any tips it’d be very helpful

First what I would do is I like to redo my bed right before I go to sleep to make sure I can be comfortable before I go to sleep. Another thing I do is I always like to get calm too so what I do to calm down is live on my dogs and cat. So if you can do that it helps a lot. I also drink water right before and I put water next to my bed. I also stretch, do square breathing if you know what that is. Do you have any other questions?
