I set up a time to read, but I find myself being less excited about reading and looking at more like a chore so I can read at all. How can I find the passion to read?
It’s common to feel reading has become a chore. To rekindle your passion, try setting a cozy reading environment and explore genres that genuinely excite you. Consider joining a book club or setting small, achievable reading goals to create a sense of accomplishment. Integrating reading into your daily rituals can help it feel less like a task and more like a rewarding experience. Remember, the goal is to enjoy the journey of reading, not just to finish books.
I fell the same way. I find reading fun, but it fells like a chore. What I would do to solve that problem is by getting a really really good book, and purposely leave yourself on a cliffhanger anywhere in your reading portions. Doing this would make you look forward to the reading time of the day. Good luck and hope this helps! :)
