For a nutritious breakfast that fits your criteria, consider options like quinoa porridge made with almond milk, chia seed pudding with coconut milk, or smoothies using spinach, avocado, and unsweetened almond milk. You can also try savory dishes like sautéed vegetables with herbs or a warm vegetable soup. These meals can help you establish a healthy morning routine and ensure you start your day with energy while adhering to your dietary preferences.

My first option would be to go for yoghurt, Greek is my go to. Alternatively try looking at other country cuisines for inspiration. Some other countries enjoy soups or broths or even what we might consider to be "lunch/evening meals" for their morning meal. It might seem strange if you are used to more "western style" breakfasts of cereal, toast, eggs, bacon. Hope you find something to tickle your taste buds.
