How much do I eat at breakfast and what time should I eat at
For a balanced breakfast, aim for a combination of protein, healthy fats, and whole grains. A portion size can vary, but a good guideline is to fill half your plate with fruits or vegetables, a quarter with protein (like eggs or yogurt), and a quarter with whole grains (like oatmeal or whole-grain toast). Ideally, eat breakfast within two hours of waking to kickstart your metabolism and fuel your day. Establishing this morning ritual can help you cultivate lasting healthy habits.
I think you should eat about a bowl’s worth of food (at least) at breakfast so it can fill you up. Also, if you are still hungry, you can always get more food however go easy on your stomach as you have just woken up. I think the time you eat breakfast depends on when you feel hungry really, but I would suggest eating before 10:30 in the morning or else you won’t be hungry for lunch
