Should I have a glass of juice or milk with my breakfast for some extra energy, or is water fine?

Fresh juice will help you to get refreshed in the morning and will give you extra energy as it contains vitamins too. As for me, milk is better at night it helps me to fall asleep faster and I take water right after waking up to get hydrated and replenish the lost water inside my body during sleeping at night.
