No. Breakfast is one of the most important meals. It gives you energy for the whole day and makes your brain work much better. Also, you'll be in bad mood probably. If you don't have time in the morning to eat a good breakfast, just grab an apple or a banana!

No. You must eat in the morning for it is the top of your day and breakfast is the most important meal of the day ! You need a good substantial amount of energy at the start of your day

Apparently it’s a sign of something funky going on with your liver but I can’t be sure. Even something small that has a bit of protein in it so you can get through the morning.

Food fuels you and gives you energy. The nutrients you receive from a meal are a necessary evil. It doesn't have to be a large breakfast or a traditional American breakfast example 1. trail mix/nuts, boiled egg, and an apple. 2. smoothie with protein 3. fried/boiled egg, Dave's 21 grain bread, veggies, and berries. 4. Egg muffins *premade* 5. Find something simple and quick. Premade saves time.

It is always nice to start your day with breakfast, but if I really don’t want to eat then I wouldn’t force myself to do so. I would try to eat something simple- maybe like an apple or some nuts.
