You might need to build a routine for bedtime to have a solid good sleep and you’ll wake up refreshed. Try going for a evening walk, drink tea, read a few chapters of a book, wash your face or even an evening shower before going to bed. Journal your day, set an alarm and turn off all electronics. Dim the lights and do some stretches, use the bathroom so you don’t have to in the night and then go to bed. Try breathing slowly and slowly shut your eyes. Let sleep come naturally and not forced and enjoy the night. In the morning you should feel refreshed and ready for the day!
