I like to read books on my iPad before bed. Does this count? I’m wondering if I should get a Kindle or if the night screen on the iPad is ok… or if I should avoid all screens altogether?

To be honest, I think using any sort of device for reading should be okay before sleep as long as you have a blue light filter. Obviously a kindle would be 10 times better, but not everybody is willing to invest in this kind of device, so do whatever feels good to you. If overtime you feel negative effects and insomnia because of reading on your devices, switch to a kindle or a paper book.
