I’m not a scientist but maybe your body got used to waking at that time. What helped me a lot was resisting the temptation to look at a watch when I wake up. The lights will only disturb your sleep, tell your body it was right to wake up at that time and make it harder to fall asleep again. If you’re keeping your phone in your bedroom you could also check that there are no notifications buzzing in at that time or other noises in your environment that might cause you to wake up.
