I have trouble keeping up with my scheduled sleep routine because of school works and sudden family bonding times. How do I change this? and how do I have a good sleeping schedule?

When it comes to schoolwork set a rule for yourself to stop working, for me I find it helpful to not start any new work after 10pm if it’s after 10 I can’t start anything new in terms of school, if I have already started something I have until 11:30pm to complete it, if it’s after 11:30 I drop everything and start my sleep routing. When it comes to family commitments do what you can to stay in track with your sleep or even let your family know what your “bedtime” Is. If that isn’t an option it’s okay to just do what you can!
