I have noticed that when I stretch I tend to always do the same thing and I get “bored.” Does anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated for stretching?

I am a dancer, and I have to stretch every day. I started off with a simple routine, but later, I actually made something new. Basically, I watched a bunch of tutorials, and and pick the stretches most comfortable and fun for me. I recommend you the same!

Finds a different set of strangers to mix it up or come to understand that it's necessary, so it need not be exciting, Think if something fun instead.
