I have iron-deficiency anemia but I’m getting a little bored of spinach smoothies and beans for breakfast. What are examples of great, iron-rich breakfasts that are easy to make?

Sophia P.
I’ve heard that some things that are higher in iron are eggs, dried fruit, nuts, and oats. I’m not someone who’s an expert about these types of issues so I recommend you consult someone who can help with this issue before taking my word for it.

I have the same problem actually… I just looked up which foods could be good and it said something about quinoa, turkey, Pumpkin seeds and red meat. Maybe you could make yourself a breakfast bowl!
