I honestly don’t see the problem, tea is good for the morning, but you could try adding sweets to it. But that won’t be good for the morning, so bagel, sandwich, or toast.

You can replace it by drinking chamomile or green tea, or even better, water. This would help you get up in the morning fresh and it would be better that having sugar in the morning. Based on my experience. Sugar in the morning prevents me for being motivated. But of course, it varies on people!
