Sometimes I really don’t feel like eating the morning but always regret it later. What’s a quick light breakfast I can grab and go?

I don't know much about Protein food but I would prefer wheat bread and milk or omlate and apple as a quick light breakfast.

I know it’s hard to prepare your food for breakfast if you are a busy person. For me, I always have my protein smoothie, I put frozen berries, spinach, almonds and soy milk. This made my life easier as you can do this prep for only 5 minutes. Easy and healthy.
