I often have eggs and then vegetables (like a green salad) and some bread. Sometimes I will make it a sandwich. This is my go to when I don't feel like oats, a smoothie or granola🥰

Use saoked gram and add tomatoes onion green chillies and other vegetables and slice them and toss them together mix them and add salt and enjoy!

Put oats, seeds, and some cocoa with your fav plant based milk in the fridge overnight to soak. So in the morning just pop in the microwave add berries, done.
