How much fruit equals one serving?

One apple, or a couple of apricots or kiwis,depending on the size. I'll say around 80/100 grams. But after all it's fruit the amount of fibers is worth a bit of sugar in it.

If you eat an apple and a banana it is enough for one serving as it contains lots of nutrients which help in healthy metabolism and can also help to make skin glow
And yes not to forget the well known proverb, saying….
"An apple a day keeps the
doctor away."

According toGoogle, serving of fruit is equal to 1 cup of raw, cooked fruit; 1 cup of 100% fruit juice; or ½ cup dried fruit. The new MyPlate guide categorizes fruits into one cup servings.

I don't really know. But I think that 1 or 2 fruit are one service if it is a big fruit and if it's a little bit it's based on your choice

Generally, one of the fruit should do it, but “about a cup” should cover fruits that are small like grapes or large like watermelon.
