One apple, or a couple of apricots or kiwis,depending on the size. I'll say around 80/100 grams. But after all it's fruit the amount of fibers is worth a bit of sugar in it.

According toGoogle, serving of fruit is equal to 1 cup of raw, cooked fruit; 1 cup of 100% fruit juice; or ½ cup dried fruit. The new MyPlate guide categorizes fruits into one cup servings.

I don't really know. But I think that 1 or 2 fruit are one service if it is a big fruit and if it's a little bit it's based on your choice

Generally, one of the fruit should do it, but “about a cup” should cover fruits that are small like grapes or large like watermelon.
