Well, unless you already have the premade meals, which are expensive, and usually not very healthy, cooking breakfast takes time. You have to either allow yourself to have more time in the morning or else do it the night before. But what helps me kind of prep my meals for the day is quick recipes, like a bagel in the morning, and since I’m using the toaster, I heat up my bread for a midday sandwich (Those come in handy if you are trying to be out the door for work). Having quick add-ons like fresh fruit, Potato/egg/pasta salad Or even leftovers from last nights dinner for example, really tie everything together. Before you know it you went from a snack to a pretty decent meal.
