What is the best breakfast for you? What gives you the most energy?

Normally I prefer my usual toasted bread and tea sometimes it doesn't hurt to have a banana or two but at times that isn't enough to keep me going through the school morning. So I sometimes add some eggs to my bread or try a generous amount of peanut butter and I don't know if it's just me but that makes breakfast so much more satisfying.

I'm currently living in a hostel so my access towards food is limited. My favourite breakfast would be something that's mad up of rice and some egg dish would be amazing
