I change my breakfast everyday. I do that because its healthy to eat diferent food every day. Every food has different nutrition benefits, different vitamins, protein and etc.
Rarely change, I often to eat the same breakfast meal. For now there are at least two variation on my breakfast menu. I prefer simple to make menu.
I eat different breakfast everyday. Things like milk & bread are included everyday but other than that, I follow a weekly schedule. This weekly menu also changes evry couple of months.
