I feel like i over eat when i had breakfast as I’m used to eat at 10am and I 1pm also. How do you guys feel about ir? Do you over eat?

I do overeat as well. In fact, when I followed the regulated breakfast, I easily get hungry.

I am not sure if this will help you but this aids me: Less rice, then more protein. I feel that my tummy is full just in time for the next meal. No need for snacks. 👍

I used to not eat anything for breakfast feeling more hungry later on. Now I eat at least something to balance my diet. Do your best to not over eat. Eat fruit drink coffee eat protein.
