Eggs and toast because it's healthier and it's can't see more feeling but it is just really nice to eat healthy so I'll just eat that so that's why it's a good breakfast it tastes nice if that helps you out

Spoonful of nut butter or like an apple/peach or something like that. Maybe a handful of almonds? I wouldnt say smoothies because studies show it’s actually bad to drink your meals, because it gives the body less time to digest.

For meal prep, just freeze it and heat it up in the microwave for 45 seconds to a minute when you’re ready to eat it.
