A protein shake with toast or fruit is quick and easy to take on the go. Mixing protein with coffee is also a great wake up in the mornings.

Toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese, omelette, grits, oatmeal, yogurt with blueberries or other fruit, toast with peanut butter and banana slices, an apple. You want to eat foods that are filling and digest slow.

I've found for me, making food is challenging in the morning. So, I've got some healthy grab and go options that gets me off on the right foot. Fruit is an excellent option if you like fruit. I enjoy some breakfast bars that have plenty of nuts and dried fruits for some energy reserves. You may also want to find a meal replacement shake that meets your dietary needs. Or even some of those overnight oatmeal things you can find at some supermarkets. Either way, as long as we eat something, we're doing better than we were and improvement is the focus!

I go for fried eggs when I have at least 15 minutes. Otherwise I grab a protein bar with low or no sugar, a handful of mixed nuts, or yogurt.

Oatmeal w fresh berries; but if there’s not enough time to make that, then banana with peanut butter. Or avocado toast. Just an egg would do as well.

If you're going to do a good breakfast, boil some eggs, cut some fruits put then in yogurt and drink water. If you are going for a quick breakfast then grab a banana or make a cheese and ham toast. Just stay away from sugary foods and you're gonna be energized and ready to go!

You can use coconutmilk (as a sweets replacement) and use oatmeal (the hard chunks).
If you are in a hurry you can easily take some whole grain toast(s) with cheese, low fat meat slices (chicken, turkey),…
You can also just take an apple or pear or other fruits for breakfast.
Eggs will always have you feeling full and are really easy to make, you don’t even need to use a pan!
You take a cup, crack open the egg and pour it in the cup (with the yolk and eggwhite) you put the cup in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and there you have it!

Get fruit that's already cut and prepared for you at your grocery store. You can also get yogurt with fruit and granola already prepared to make it easier

My go to breakfast options are pieces of fruit, oatmeal, eggs, and a toasted bagel topped with turkey and melted cheese. Some days, if I have the time, I make an omelette.

I use to never have breakfast. Since I've included my Herbalife meal replacement and protein shake, I do. I eat more than before and healthier.

When I want to keep it really simple, I usually slice an apple and eat it with peanut butter. Other great options are whole grain rye bread with avocado or egg, plant-based yoghurt with homemade (refined sugar free) granola and/or berries and fruit, or a chia pudding or overnight oats (that I prepared the night before).☺️👌

I struggle with breakfast. But oatmeal and cinnamin and slightly cooked apples, eggs spinach and cheese is good, bagel with cream cheese is good,

Crushed avacado on sourdough with a zig zag drizzle of Marks and Spencer’s balsamic glaze across the center! A sprinkle of chives or chilli flakes to finish!
Soya yogurt topped with a line of chopped nuts, a line of toasted oats, a line of blueberries, and a line of banana…finish with a drizzle of maple syrup or honey!

I've been making smoothies with vegetables, oats and seeds. I'm never hungry in the morning so a smoothie is an easy way to get nutrients in

Overnight oats with almond milk, fruit and honey! Just prep the night before, leave in your fridge overnight and take it on the go with you or pop in the microwave for 30-45 second if you don’t want it cold. Or some yogurt with granola and a banana or some berries on the side. Those are my always my go-to’s when I’m in a rush!
