I have a protein shake with a egg and cheese breakfast sandwhich. I use whole grain bread, with 2 eggs cooked on a non-stick pan (to eliminate oil calories), and one slice of mozzarrella cheese. It's a little over 50 grams of protein (for the weight lifters out there) and only a little over 500 calories! AND it fills you.
