Easiest breakfast ideas?

“Egg in a Cup” bowls or omelette in a mug. Same concept, though the former you can buy at the grocery store and the latter you can make yourself with a little bit of prep work. I highly recommend trying the Egg in a Cup bowls if you’re pressed for time! It takes 5 minutes or less to prepare and they’re always tasty!

I always wake up with the minutes counted up, but a strong breakfast is always there, on work days i take coffee, cereal and water first thing in the morning, a few hours later i eat a snack of milk and cookies for a extra energy before lunch

Xoxo My grandmother always told me if you can't make breakfast at least make a milkshake of fruits and I would say add protein powder and veggies to it as well. Xoxo

I love greek yoghurt with some cruesli! Easy and keeps you going.

Chia pudding or overnightoats are also good options; you can make these the night before so you won't spend time on it in the morning.
