anything with eggs, scrambled, fried, sunny side up, or in one of those bowls where you have to crack an egg in there and microwave!

1. Warm milk mixed with chocolate flavoured nutrition powder (example Ovomaltine) + nuts and dried fruits
2. Toast with herb butter + scrambled eggs – only if I have enough ADHD spoons to do the dishes!
3. Fruits + a piece of german cake + Herbal tea
4. Bread with sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds + herbed cream cheese spread + plain yoghurt mixed with honey
