I prefer to eat my first meal much later in the day. Around 2pm. There are benefits to this, e.g. intermittent fasting Why should I change? Isn’t it about finding what works for me not just copying the routines of others? Are the only ‘successful’ or ‘happy’ people in the world those that wake up at 5am, drink water, eat breakfast, do yoga and read?

Well from what I know and other who have told me if it works for you than that’s what you do. I don’t believe they mean to put it that way that in order to be happy to do this no, they are making suggestions but I get what you mean. Also everyone’s digestive system is different so maybe it’s just easier for your body to eat at the time you do
